At NextDisha, we strive to ensure every student and tutor experience is smooth, transparent, and valuable. While we do not sell physical goods, we offer digital services such as tutoring sessions, mentorship bookings, and educational guidance. This policy outlines how refunds and cancellations are handled.
📅 Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund under the following conditions:
- The booked session was not delivered or canceled by the tutor
- The session was defective (e.g., tutor did not show up, technical failure)
- You reported the issue within 7 days of the scheduled session
Refunds are not guaranteed for completed sessions unless a verified issue is reported.
❌ Non-Refundable Services
We do not offer refunds for:
- Completed sessions with no reported issue
- Downloadable content or digital resources
- Gift credits or promotional vouchers
- Tutor onboarding or registration fees (if applicable)
🔁 Rescheduling & Exchanges
If a tutor is unavailable or a session is disrupted:
- You may reschedule the session at no extra cost
- You may request a replacement tutor if the original tutor is unresponsive
- Exchanges are subject to tutor availability and platform approval
💳 Refund Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment gateway
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated
🕒 Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank or payment account
- Contact your card provider — posting delays may occur
- Reach out to us at support@nextdisha.in with your booking ID
🎁 Gifted Sessions
If a session was booked as a gift:
- Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser
- Gift credits may be issued upon request, subject to approval

To request a refund or report a session issue:

- Include your booking ID, session date, and reason for the request
- Our team will respond within 2 business days
📌 Additional Notes
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for physical products (if any are offered in future)
- Refunds for promotional or discounted sessions are not guaranteed
- Abuse of refund requests may result in account suspension
